  4. Sit and eat

      1. What fills my soul?

        walk/run/nap/drawing/taking kids one on one for time

      2. What brings me rest?

      1. When do you feel the most rested?

      2. When do you feel the closest to Jesus?

      3. What is something that helps you rest?

        Starting place to start

        —-Sitting down to brainstorm

        —--Start with a meal

        ——Pick one hour on Saturday mornings
