How do I grow my podcast?
And, really the question you are asking is…how do I grow my exposure with my podcast?
One of the BEST reasons you started your podcast was to get more exposure, right? So, you want to know how to do that? Listen below to hear it all!
When I'm asked to be someones guest on their podcast, it is an excellent opportunity to be introduced to that podcasters community and a way to highlight YOUR services and YOUR podcast. It's also such a great compliment that the podcast host would want to share you with their audience....(it means they know the value you have to offer and its a boost of self confidence as well!)
Another way to grow your podcast and get exposure for your business and brand is for you to share about your podcast. This includes sharing over email and over your social media. A great way to do this is also on the next episode mention last weeks episode just in case you missed it kinda thing. ICYMI isn't that what the kids are saying nowadays...I'm always afraid to google initials because it may be something dicey online, so I text my friend Robin. She knows what the younguns are saying these days, but she will tell me straight up don't say this in public..LOL
Bonus TIP: The majority of your followers on social media WILL NOT see your one post about the episode. They won't. So, share in your instagram stories, BTScenes content and please don't forget about your email list!
And, the last and under estimated way to grow exposure in your business, is to ask someone to be your guest!

A significant way to gain visibility is to have guests on your podcast.
WHY?
They share you with their community, their clients and connections when they share about your episode.
You start a collaborative relationship with a new person!
They may even ask you to come on their podcast.
